The march of the general business community into these immersive spaces will accelerate over the next 5 years, delivering significant advantage to those who do it well.

London in Second Life has set the pace in determining how this immersive environment can be used and we are ready to work with organisations eager to realise the benefits that this new technology has to offer.

Community Partners

Our partnership program is a basic offering for entry into a successful immersive environment for a very modest cost. These partners are strategic in developing the growth of our community, leading and developing the direction that this unknown territory will take.

Larger organisations can employ a team of experienced consultants to help them plan their entry into social networking and immersive commerce. We also provide you with technical skills to assist in building and design.

London Community

As an extension of our real lives, members of the London community reach out beyond the physical boundaries and belong to a network of individuals throughout the world, with common interests and shared hopes. Diversity of interests and meetings of minds are extended back into the real world, with regular meetings in the UK capital of London.

The virtual representation is in Second Life and contains inner London and a gateway to Second Life called London England UK ™

Second Life's 6th Birthday Exhibition

- Welcome to London in England -

We have just celebrated the summer solstice and we now count the days down to a new decade, and for those of you following the trends of this thing we call the web, and in our case 3D web specific, you will all know that the pace has hotted up over the years 2008-2009, with even our political/social and business lives going through a wide a varied shake up.

We at virtually-linked have taken a slice of the world London to be precise and turned it over scrutinized it and have come to the conclusion that this new layer of out perceived reality is the way forward.

To this end we forged an alliance with the real world with phase one, a social and business experiment to see how close these two realities could mesh, "The Greyhound Project" and after the success of our various and interesting adventures have now moved into phase two. And we thank others who picked up the ball and run with it, such as the recent Metameets in Amsterdam.

We could have taken the route that others have and gone down the road of enterprise with known players, but came to the conclusion this bold new reality could only come about with the help of "new comers " who would be untainted by old business model, and would be active partners in shaping the reality we see unfold.

As such we trawled the other social media sites for companies or persons who were not associated with virtual worlds as such, but we saw in them the potential to use this bold new platform, and help us mold it to the entity we are yet to see.

We are very honored to be part of the Sixth Birthday of Second Life, especially as it is a coming together of creative members of this community who are also on the same mission, to evolve this platform to the heights we all know it will reach.

Our next bold move is the opening for lack of better words an Orientation Office in real life, so members of the yet to be initiated real world can have first hand use of virtual worlds with experts, in each field, and can with time use the equipment to do some of the great creative things we all know will happen.
